UNITED KINGDOM 

The team at Tactica UK is constantly evaluating available shipping methods to prioritise excellent deliverability rates and reasonable delivery timelines, while still offering an affordable shipping service.

Standard Shipping utilises select ground shipping services including Royal Mail and DPD.

Our standard shipping service typically takes 2-3 business days to reach you once the order has been placed. Shipping and delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, such as weather-related delays. 

Cost:
• FREE shipping on orders over £30 via Royal Mail Tracked 48
• £2.95 flat rate on orders under £30 via Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.95
• Upgrade to DPD Next Day: £6.95
• Upgrade to DPD Saturday: £13.95

Cut-off times:
• In all cases, orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, will be shipped on the next business day. 
• For the DPD Saturday service, you must have placed the order by 3pm on the Friday.

Delivery times:
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days
DPD Next Day: 1 day (3pm cutoff)
DPD Saturday: 1 day (3pm cutoff)

Age Verification Service

Royal Mail Age Verified Delivery

Some products sold in the UK require age verification upon delivery. We partner with Royal Mail to offer a Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 service for these items. Deliveries containing age verified items can only be handed over to a person over 18 and will require proof of age upon delivery or collection from a local Post Office. Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched using separate courier services. You can find more information here.

INTERNATIONAL 

Shipping Description: We offer options for international shipping using DPD and DHL.

Terms:
By checking out with any international shipping option on tacticagear.uk, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Buyer understands that by purchasing international shipping, they are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  2. Import duties and taxes to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Tactica UK is, in no way, responsible for these costs.
  3. Buyer agrees to pay duties and all import fees associated with the shipment.
  4. If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Tactica UK shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Tactica UK. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer.
  5. On rare occasion the post office in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.
